Board of Directors
Robert Archambault is President of Silverbrook II,
Board of Directors and Treasurer of SNET Retiree Association, active member of:
Orange Chamber of Commerce, Orange Country Fair, Orange Economic Development
Corporation, and Vice President of Surf Rider (Pompano Beach) Board of
Directors.
Giulio Balestrino has retired from being chief
operating officer and vice president in local manufacturing firms. He is a past
president and board member of the New Haven County Manufacturers Association
where he served for 20 years. Giulio served as Planning and Zoning Commissioner
and as an Inland Wetland Commissioner. He has been on our Board since 1991.
Michael J. Dorney is a partner in the New Haven
office of Tyler Cooper, & Alcorn, LLP, where he has practiced law for 43 years.
Mr. Dorney has served as Trustee of the Saint Raphael Foundation and as Director
of Catholic Family Services, Inc. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer
and currently serves on the Connecticut Judicial Branch Civil Commission. He
served as Town Counsel for Orange from 1969 through 1995.
Paul Hoffman is owner and President of Orange
Research Inc., a manufacturing company located in Milford, Connecticut. Paul
grew up in Orange, attended Mary L. Tracy School (K-6) and graduated from Amity
Senior High in 1969. Paul and his wife Deb have four children. Paul is the
past President of the Milford Chamber of Commerce and is involved with numerous
business organizations.
Stephanie Jatlow has been a member of the League of
Women Voters, the Race Brook PTA, president of the Orange PTA Council and a
member of the Orange Board of Education. For the past 12 years she has served
on the commission of the Case Memorial Library, six of those years as Chairman.
She is currently on the Orange Events Committee. She was President of the Yale
New Haven Hospital Auxiliary and remains on that board as Chairman of the Health
Education Committee. Stephanie is also on the board of the Yale University
Women Organization.
Jacqueline Koral is the Director of Development at
the University of New Haven. She previously served as Vice President of
Development, Marketing and Public Affairs at Park City Hospital in Bridgeport.
She is a Board Member of the Orange Players, Tower One, the Center for Women in
Leadership, and the Dodds Theatre and Seton Art Gallery advisory boards of the
University of New Haven.
Pat Miller is the former Director of Special
Services for Orange for the Board of Education. She is past president and
30-year Board Member of the Orange Players, member of the Orange Special Events
Committee, member of the Friends of the Library, and is in the Orange Senior
Leadership Program. Pat is an instructor for the Milford Literacy Center and
the Institute for Learning in the Retirement.
Patricia Sikeritzky is Executive Director of the
Orange Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors for the Senior Wish
Society, Secretary and Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee for the Orange
Arts and Crafts Guild, a member of the SNET Retiree Association, a member of the
Telephone Pioneers, a volunteer at Beth El Shelter, and a parishioner of Holy
Infant Church.
John Wesolowski, CPA, has been in the Yale
University finance department since 1998. John is Scout Master of Boy Scout
Troop 925, has served on the Orange Players board for over a decade, is a member
of the Orange Country Fair Committee, and volunteers to prepare taxes in New
Haven for low-income families.
Committee Members: Committee members are appointed
by: the First Selectman of Orange, the Judge of Probate of Orange, the
presidents of both Yale University and the University of New Haven, the Trustee
Bank (Bank of America), the New Haven Bar Association, the Orange Chamber of
Commerce, the Case Memorial Library Commission, and the Distribution Committee
itself. The members of the Distribution Committee serve without compensation.
Each director and committee
member serves as a volunteer and thus receives no compensation for his or her
volunteer efforts. All funds received are retained to increase the endowment
and are returned to the Orange residents through the grant or scholarship programs.
