Grant Guidelines

Grants for projects are awarded by the Distribution Committee in May of each year.  Applicants, in letter form, are requested to describe their proposed project, provide details on its cost and to disclose if any other funding is available from other sources.  A description of the impact of the project on the community is recommended.

Grant Funds

Officer Robert F. Stankye Fund Established in 1994
“To provide support in whole or in part the projects and programs of community organizations within the Town of Orange.”

O’Sullivan Family Fund Established in 1994                   
 “To provide support in whole or in part the projects and programs of community organizations within the Town of Orange.”

The Olga Fund Established in 2002  
“To provide assistance to any senior Orange resident(s) who require medical, social, family and/or other needs.  Also to provide assistance to resident families requiring temporary respite care; or funding for any event or project sponsored by the Town of Orange, a Community service organization or any other non-profit group.
